channel on Dish Network via the flat panel television with a DVD player.
Master suite is a spacious richly decorated room with king size wrought
iron bed and luscious pillow top. Bedding includes 500 count sheets,
plenty of pillows and cozy throws.
A specially designed shutter window opens up to breath taking long range
mountain view from bed.
Unique furniture and décor makes this suite its own haven.
The master bath features large stone tiled walk-in shower, double vanity
and oversize walk-in closet.
Double sliding glass doors open to a private tranquil deck just perfect

The main level guest bedroom features a rich rustic theme with queen iron
bed.
This wonderfully decorated room provides a soft pillow top bed with
tasteful comforter bedding, leather and suede pillows and a warm soft
throw.
This guest bedroom has a full-size closet and adjoining bathroom.
The lower level guest bedroom features “Cowboy” décor with fun white cedar
log queen bed with pillow top bed. This western themed room features local
artist paintings and rustic décor along with a full-size closet and
adjoining bathroom.

Snuggle up in the “Bears Den” loft with a good book or a fun adventure for
the kids on a full-size comfy bed surrounded by large plush pillows and
lots of stuffed bears.
This is right out side the Master Suite so children feel comfortable with
their parents near by.
There is plenty of indoor fun to be had with “Solitude's” Game Room and
Media Center.
Enjoy a relaxing game of billiards on a regulation pecan pool table, or
play one of the many play station games on Play Station 2.
Provided are adult and kids movies to watch on the LCD flat panel
television with a BOSE Home Theater System or watch your favor cable
network on the Dish Network.
Snuggle up around the large stone fireplace and play one of many games
provided at “Solitude”.
RATES
Solitude offers exclusive North Georgia Mountain Blue Ridge Cabin Rental
opportunities for its' guests.
Weekly Special: Stay 6 nights and get the 7th night free
Nightly Rate: $195 Monday -Sunday (no difference for weekend)
Weekly Rate: $1170
Leaf Season (month of October): $250/night 4 night minimum
Holiday season rates (minimums vary per Holiday)
Holiday: $275/night (Thanksgiving week, Christmas week, New Years,
Memorial Day Weekend, 4th of July week, Labor Day weekend)
Rates are for up to four people. Add $10 per night for each additional
person over 12 months old.
Cleaning fee is $85.00
Check-in time is 3:00p.m. and check-out is 10:00 am
$200 security deposit is required to hold your reservation. It will be
refunded in full after your stay if there is no damage to the property or
policy violation. Any damage in excess of the security deposit will be
billed to the person booking the stay.
The full rental fee is due 30 days before the first rental day. Payment
can be made by PayPal, personal check, travelers cheques, money orders,
cashiers check, Visa, MasterCard or cash.
Last-minute bookings may be available, however the full rent and security
deposit will be due at the time of booking. The refund policies are the
same as for regular bookings.
At least one person 25 years of age or older must stay overnight in the
cabin each day of the rental period.
Married couples under 25 may request a waiver.
Single night bookings may be available with a surcharge.
NO PETS are permitted.
NO SMOKING is allowed in the cabin or on the porches.
